Position: Studio Operations Assistant

Role: Digital Marketing, Liaison, Customer Service, Events Management

Room To Imagine is an art studio specialising in Abstract Art such as Acrylic Pour and Resin Art. My main tasks includes handling enquiries, packing orders and artworks, preparations for workshops and assisting with workshops when required. Additionally, I liaise with company partners to list programmes and propose collaborations on top of basic online marketing activities. During major events, I assist with the company's collective initiative, Imagine The World.

General Tasks

Workshop Assistant

Assist with studio duties which includes but not limited to workshop preparations and facilitation.

Customer Service

Handle customer enquiries via various channels including email and social media.

Email Marketing

Delivered 12 email campaigns to update our public audience of over 1000 subscribers on the upcoming events and new workshop offerings.

Partnerships & Liaison

Source, establish and maintain communications with partners such as L'éclair Pâtisserie and Commune.
